Graduate leadership programme

Our popular graduate leadership programme usually opens from October and graduates start at the beginning of September the following year.

You will gain real life exposure to the complexities of our business by working alongside our senior leadership team whilst gaining experience across a variety of our departments and divisions on a rotational basis.

During your departmental rotations in marketing, sales, account management, customer service, credit and more, you will be involved in exciting, impactful projects. You will develop an excellent knowledge of our company products and operations and build a well-rounded skill set.

You will also have exposure to senior leadership who will fully support you in developing a successful career in management and leadership.

Graduate finance programme

We recruit for our competitive finance graduate programme throughout the year. As a trainee management accountant, you will join a team of qualified professionals to aid your personal and professional development, ensuring you have a successful career in finance at Radius.

On this programme, you will gain a fully funded chartered accountancy qualification. We are accredited by CIMA and have mentoring programmes for graduates with ongoing support from experienced, qualified accountants.

Whilst working in a growing global company, you will have lots of opportunity to get involved in different areas of finance and develop strong practical skills and knowledge.
