Board of Directors
Bill Holmes, Executive Chairman Bio
Bill graduated with a degree in biochemistry from Leeds University in 1985 before joining Esso Petroleum on its sales and marketing graduate scheme.
In January 1990 after just over four years with Esso, Bill left to found UK Fuels above a hairdressing salon in the village of Holmes Chapel in Cheshire.
Since those early years as a diesel bunkering company, Bill has led the business on an ambitious growth journey and extended the range of products and services to provide a complete suite of mobility and connectivity solutions to our customers.
In 2013 Radius was formed from the merger of more than 20 group companies and it now has operations across 18 countries in five continents.
In October 2023 he stepped up to become Executive Chairman where he will be supporting our Group CEO, Lee Everett, in helping to deliver the ambitious plans we have to aid our customers through the energy transition and the many other challenges and opportunities that new technology is bringing.
Outside of his work with Radius, Bill is a trustee of The Helvellyn Foundation. This independent charitable organisation strives to preserve biodiversity and ensure all young people have equal access to opportunities.
Lee Everett, Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bio
Lee was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in October 2023, promoted from his role as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) which he held since 2018. Lee joined Radius in 2010 as Commercial Director for fuel in the UK and from there increased his leadership responsibility to European and global fuel operations.
As Group COO, he successfully delivered Radius’ year on year organic growth, as well as ensuring the successful integration of company acquisitions to transform Radius into a global mobility and connectivity service provider. Lee has over 25 years’ experience in the mobility industry, working for Securicor, DHL, ReD Fuel Cards (Europe) and Fleetcor before he joined Radius.
Tim Morris, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bio
Tim is responsible for business planning, strategy, M&A, financial reporting and financing and ensuring Radius has the finance systems and infrastructure to support Radius' growth plans. He is chair of Radius' ESG committee and DEI Board sponsor.
Tim joined in September 2021 from Rothschild & Co. While there, he was a Managing Director in Global Financial Advisory, providing corporate finance advice to public, private and private equity clients in the UK and Europe.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked globally for EY in the professional services team.
Tim's passion for diversity, inclusion and making a positive social impact extends beyond Radius. He is chair of The Prince's Trust in the North-West, having served on its Development Committee Board for 10 years, working to help disadvantaged young people to improve their lives.
Roy Sciortino, Group Vice Chairman Bio
Roy is one of the most passionate people in the industry. Having founded PCS Fuel Cards as part of Russell Davies Transport Group in 1988, Roy turned the business into one of the biggest names in the European fuel card market over the next 15 years.
In 2002 Roy left the business, now known as Securicor Fuelserv, to pursue a new venture in reseller operations. Roy then established Smartdiesel and Infuel, and just over a decade later, he merged the businesses as part of the formation of Radius Payment Solutions. He has been an invaluable senior team member ever since, helping maintain the company’s growth trajectory.
Edward Lynch, Director Bio
Edward joined the Radius Board in 2018 following Inflexion’s £150 million investment. Having been with Inflexion since 2015, he specialises in investments in the tech sector and has played a crucial role in six direct investments.
Before Inflexion, Edward worked at Catalyst Corporate Finance, a mid-market M&A specialist. Edward brings a growth-focused mindset to Radius and focuses on supporting the company’s international M&A aspirations.
David Whileman, Director Bio
David has been on the Radius board throughout Inflexion’s minority investment and has supported the company’s ambitions since 2018. He joined Inflexion in 2013 as a Partner and is an Executive and Investment Committee member.
David leads Inflexion’s specialist £1 billion Partnership Capital Fund II investing £10 - £300m for minority stakes. Previously, David worked at 3i for 16 years, most recently as the Head of UK Private Equity.
Emma Quinn, Chief People Officer Bio
As Chief People Officer, Emma is responsible for defining and leading the organisation's people strategy. She and her 45-strong global team support all aspects of people and culture, focusing on talent acquisition and development, inclusivity, reward and recognition.
Emma joined Radius in 2012 and is the trustee of Radius Pride, our employee engagement group focused on ensuring LGBTQ+ representation within the company.
She has over 20 years of experience in people management and development, executive talent acquisition, change management and employment law.
Sarah Clayton, General Counsel and Company Secretary Bio
Sarah joined us in October 2023 and is responsible for the Group’s legal, company secretary and compliance teams. She has more than 20 years of working in the legal sector and joined us from her previous role at Studio Retail Ltd where she was a member of the executive management team as General Counsel and Risk and Compliance Director.
She has a strong regulatory and governance background as well as risk management, compliance, M&A transactions, privacy, major disputes and business transformation.
Gary Steen, Chief Operating Officer for Telematics and Telecoms Bio
Gary joined Radius in September 2023, as COO. He is responsible for operational performance and delivery across the Radius group.
With more than 30 years’ experience, Gary has a proven track record of growing both start up and established businesses combining both technology and business transformation. He has been part of several successful businesses both in the UK and internationally.
Prior to starting at Radius, Gary was COO at Tunstall, a global healthcare provider across 17 countries responsible for product innovation, delivery and group operations. Before joining Tunstall, Gary was part of the Executives committee and Managing Director for TalkTalk Technology, part of TalkTalk PLC.
Gareth Maguire, Chief Marketing Officer Bio
Gareth joined the business in April 2022 and is responsible for Radius group’s marketing strategy and execution globally. He is an international commercial marketing leader with a proven track record of building businesses to sustain multi-year market success through strategic, customer-centric brand building and digital acceleration.
Gareth is the trustee of Radius Unity, our employee engagement group focused on ensuring ethnic diversity within the company.
His career spans 19 years of Procter & Gamble and Kellogg marketing leadership roles across the globe.
Glenn Fishwick, Chief Information Officer Bio
Glenn joined Radius in June 2023 to lead our information and technology teams.
He moved into this role from his previous position as CIO for Cox Automotive, where he sat on the European operating board for several years.
After starting his career as a software developer, he held various senior roles across automotive, telecoms, financial services and technology, working with both the private and public sector.
He is the trustee of RadiusEnable, our employee engagement group focused on ensuring we raise awareness of disability topics so that individuals are enabled and set up for success in the workplace.
Jonathan Haseler, Chief Revenue Officer, UK and Ireland Bio
In 2023, Jonathan was made Chief Revenue Officer for the UK and Ireland, taking on the budgetary and management responsibility for the telematics business unit in those two geographic markets.
Jonathan joined Radius in 2017 as the UK Sales Director before taking on the wider UK Fuels business. Jonathan was promoted to Managing Director for the UK in 2020 and he was given accountability for the Irish fuel business shortly afterwards.
Before joining Radius, he spent 15 years at Barclays Bank and Barclaycard, latterly as the UK and European Sales Director.
Saul Furse, Group Managing Director, Radius Vehicle Solutions Bio
Saul joined Radius in 2009 and has been instrumental in launching, developing and expanding Radius' key territories worldwide. He previously held roles as the Regional Director for Europe and Asia, strengthening our international fuel card portfolio, building key supplier relationships and leading the business to new records in these geographies.
Since 2022 Saul has been leading our Vehicle Solutions business unit, overseeing the integration of acquisitions and leveraging his group customer marketing experience to drive strong organic growth in the UK and Ireland.
Greville Coe, Chief Revenue Officer, Rest of World Bio
Greville’s role covers the management and budgets of both telematics and fuel in North America, Southeast Asia and Australia as well as managing our indirect sales teams globally.
Greville joined Radius in 2017 and oversaw the telematics arm of the business. He has driven the significant growth of the business in the last six years, including integrating nine acquisitions to expand Radius’ product portfolio and international expansion into North America and Australia.
Prior to joining Radius, Greville qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving to Isotrak and embarking on over 20 years of experience in the telematics sector.
Ray Ferris, Group Managing Director, Telecoms Bio
With a strong track record in the industry, Ray became the Managing Director for Telecoms in 2019 after previous high-level appointments at BT, EE and Orange.
Ray is responsible for the Telecoms division in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. He has overseen the significant growth in our telecoms business through acquisition and subsequent business integrations to drive Radius Connect to be a major business telecoms player in key territories.
Ben Thompson, Managing Director EV and energy Bio
Ben joined Radius in 2021 as Corporate Development Director and initially took responsibility for the Group’s diversification strategy through the identification and execution of potential acquisitions. During this time, acquisitions created three new Radius business units: Radius Vehicle Solutions, Radius Energy and Radius Charge. Ben is now responsible for leading the EV and Energy business.
He is the trustee of Radius Inspire, our employee engagement group focused on ensuring female representation within the company.
Frank Hanses, Chief Revenue Officer, Mainland Europe Bio
Frank joined Radius in July 2022 as Managing Director Mainland Europe and became Chief Revenue Officer in October 2023.
Starting his career at Roland Berger Global Consulting, he has held leadership roles with companies in the European mobility and payment sector, including European Sales Director of DKV Mobility, Global Sales Director at Forbo AG, and CEO of Hofmann-Menu.
Matt Kirby, Managing Director, Radius Insurance Bio
Matt is responsible for Radius' insurance division in the UK and Ireland. He began his Radius career in 2018 as Group Marketing Director, where he created and embedded cross-sell methodologies throughout the business and developed the Group's digital customer acquisition approach.
Following the acquisition of several insurance companies in the UK and Ireland, he moved in 2021 to oversee the integration and development of our insurance division, including the development and sale of Group insurtech products.
Matt joined Radius after a 15-year career working for Saint-Gobain, a global leader in sustainable construction material manufacturing and distribution. He gained postgraduate Master's level degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.
Peter Collins, Group Credit Director Bio
Peter is responsible for Credit and Risk across the Group, joining Radius in August 2023.
Peter has more than 20 years’ experience of working within financial services and insurance sectors. Before joining Radius, he was a Director at Samsung Electronics, where he co-founded and led Samsung Capital, and founded Samsung Finance.
