At Radius, the team has grown by over 1,000 people in the past three years. The whole team contribute to the ongoing success of the group and we appreciate every employee’s contribution to the business, which is why we strive to evolve our employee benefits offering continuously.
In the past few months, we have launched an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, giving employees in the UK the opportunity to lease a brand-new electric vehicle with substantial savings. Many of our customers choose to take the first steps on their EV transition with Radius, and now employees can do the same.
We have also introduced an enhanced family policy to allow colleagues greater financial stability when starting or expanding their families. In addition, we have launched a new employee assistance programme which offers a range of health and wellbeing services, all accessed via one easy-to-use app.
Looking ahead, as the cost of living continues to rise into the winter months, we continue to support colleagues by offering a free breakfast to start the day.
